Shifting Vala is a brand operated by ARPPN TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Shifting Vala website, platform and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

"Service Provider" means an independent packer, mover, transporter, logistics company or other service provider who may be connected with a Service User through Shifting Vala.

1.4 Shifting Vala

"Shifting Vala", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Shifting Vala, operated by ARPPN TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Shifting Vala website and services.

By using our platform, you confirm that the information provided by you is true, accurate and complete.

3. Use of the Platform

Shifting Vala provides a platform that facilitates communication between customers seeking relocation or transportation services and independent service providers.

Shifting Vala may collect enquiries and connect Service Users with suitable Service Providers based on their requirements, location and availability.

The actual service agreement is between the Service User and the Service Provider.

4. Service Provider

Service Providers available through Shifting Vala are independent third-party service providers.

Shifting Vala does not directly provide packing, moving, transportation or relocation services unless specifically stated otherwise.

The Service Provider is responsible for the actual service provided to the Service User.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information while submitting an enquiry or using the platform.

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.

• Submit fraudulent enquiries.

• Misuse the website or platform.

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the website.

• Use information obtained through the platform for unauthorised purposes.

6. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service Providers are responsible for the services they provide to customers.

Service Providers must provide accurate information about their business and services and must not engage in fraudulent, misleading or unlawful activities.

Any agreement regarding pricing, service terms, payment, transportation, packing, delivery or other services is between the Service User and the Service Provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shifting Vala provides its platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and maintain the platform, we do not guarantee that the website or information provided through it will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shifting Vala and ARPPN TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, service failure or dispute arising from the services provided by an independent Service Provider.

Shifting Vala shall not be responsible for disputes between Service Users and Service Providers relating to the actual services, payments, damages, delays or other service-related matters.

8. Disputes Between Users and Service Providers

Any dispute arising between a Service User and a Service Provider regarding the actual service should be resolved directly between the concerned parties.

Shifting Vala may assist in communication where reasonably possible but shall not be responsible for the performance, acts or omissions of an independent Service Provider, subject to applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, images and other materials available on the Shifting Vala website are owned by or licensed to ARPPN TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use such content without prior written permission.

10. Termination

Shifting Vala reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate a User's access to the platform if the User violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or unauthorised activities.

Shifting Vala may also modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform where reasonably necessary.

11. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shifting Vala and ARPPN TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, including its directors, employees and representatives, from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform;

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions;

• False or misleading information provided by you;

• Your unlawful activities; or

• Your violation of the rights of any third party.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, shall be governed by the specific payment or service terms applicable to the relevant transaction.

Where payment is made directly to a Service Provider, any refund or cancellation related to that service shall be handled according to the terms agreed between the Service User and the Service Provider.

Where payment is made directly to Shifting Vala, the applicable refund terms shall be communicated to the User for that particular transaction.

13. Force Majeure

Shifting Vala shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters;

• Government actions;

• Strikes;

• War;

• Civil disturbances;

• Internet or technical failures;

• Acts of God; or

• Other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute between the User and Shifting Vala / ARPPN TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the company's registered/principal office, subject to applicable law.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Shifting Vala reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
